1. Our 30-Day Guarantee (Faulty Items) We stand by the quality of the products we sell. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, color, or missing parts), you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Policy: You must notify us within 30 days of the original purchase date or the date the item was delivered (whichever is later) to be eligible for a refund or replacement due to a fault.
Procedure: To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@soulrising.store and provide:
Your Order Number.
A clear description of the fault or damage.
Photographic or video evidence of the fault.
We will cover all shipping costs associated with returning or replacing faulty merchandise.
2. General Returns (Change of Mind) We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a "change of mind" or if a customer simply does not like the product. Due to the nature of our inventory and supply chain logistics, we can only accept returns for items that are faulty or incorrect. Exceptions:
Any product return for reasons other than a fault will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and the customer being responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items include: Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, digital products, gift cards, and custom-made products.
3. Refunds
Faulty/Damaged Item Refunds Once your return for a faulty item is received and inspected by our fulfillment team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Missing Packages If your order tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us. We will work with our logistics partners to investigate, but we are not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Shipping Instructions for Returns If we approve a return, we will provide you with specific instructions and a return shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the address on the package you received. This is a fulfillment center and may result in the loss of your return and refund eligibility.
